Coleford Carnival of Transport takes place on Easter Monday, April 21st 2025 between 10am and 4pm. During this time the roads and public car parks in the centre of Coleford will be closed and a Park and Ride service will be operating from an out of town car park at JBH associates (postcode GL16 8QD, W3W “///gurgled.presses.amounting”)
Disabled parking is available at the Forest of Dean District Council offices. Due to the road closure this can only be approached via Tufthorn Avenue/High Nash.

Getting here from Lydney, St. Briavels and Chepstow – Approach Coleford on the B4228 from Sling and watch for our signs. Visitors should turn left into the Park and Ride car park opposite Perrygrove, exhibitors and disabled visitors should continue to the next traffic lights and turn left onto Tufthorn Avenue.
Getting here from Monmouth – Take the B4228 south through Coleford and follow our signs past the centre of town and out towards St Briavels. Exhibitors and disabled visitors should turn right at the Tuftorn traffic lights, other visitors should proceed for another half mile and turn right into the Park and Ride car park opposite Perrygrove.
Getting here from Cinderford and Gloucester – Follow signs to Coleford and then take the B4228 south towards St. Briavels. Exhibitors and disabled visitors should turn right at the Tuftorn traffic lights, other visitors should proceed for another half mile and turn right into the Park and Ride car park opposite Perrygrove.
